MEALS To allow you a couple of hours for prime time a.m. fishing breakfast is served at 8 a.m. (optional) Buffet Style Lunch We encourage our guests to make their own lunches to ensure they get just what they want - pile them up as high as you like'em!
Every Wednesday, come rain or shine, lunch is barbecued sausages and cheeseburgers, served on fresh Italian buns and accompanied with salads and a veggie tray. To ensure you're on the lake for prime time evening fishing, supper will be served no later than 6 p.m. Menu varies from roast beef with all the trimmings, to barbecued pork chops, chicken or steaks, pasta with garlic cheese bread, fresh pickerel (in season), ham, shiskabob's with oven baked garlic rice, and our famous shrimp jambalaya! Supper is a sit down affair served family style, but not to worry if you're late getting in - we will have it waiting for you in your cottage, where there is a microwave for your convenience. *Please note that our menu varies depending on the size of your group.
